Job summary

WSH Experts Pvt Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Youth Worker to plan and deliver age-appropriate activities covering life skills, positive behaviour, emotional regulation, coping strategies, and resilience.

You will provide group and individual support, build rapport with students, collaborate with school staff (SENO, form teachers, and school counsellor), maintain session records, submit mid-term and end-of-contract progress reports, and follow safeguarding policies.

Qualifications

• Possess a recognised qualification in Youth Work, Social Work, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (minimum Diploma level).
• Have at least 2 years of experience working with children or youth with SEN, preferably with ID, ASD, or ADHD profiles.
• Be familiar with positive behaviour support strategies and trauma-informed approaches.

Job Scope

Qualification

1. The personnel supplied by the Contractor shall be registered with the Ministry of Education.

2. The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Working Hours

• Monday - Friday: 9.00am to 2.00pm
• Services not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted school holidays and public holidays.
