Job summary

Central Singapore CDC is seeking a Manager (Partnerships & Programs) to plan, manage, and deliver community initiatives for children and youths. You will lead lifelong learning partnerships, drive scalable programmes, and coordinate cross-team projects that align with strategy.

Requirements include a degree in any discipline and 3+ years in related fields, plus strong stakeholder management. The role involves evenings/weekends as needed and collaboration with schools and community groups.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline and at least 3 years working experience in a related field.
• Experience in programme, project or event management with ability to work independently.
• Strong stakeholder and partnership management skills with ability to bring people together toward shared outcomes.
• Proactive, resourceful and action-oriented with an eye for needs and opportunities.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive learning initiatives for children and youths, especially those with limited access to opportunities.
• Build sustainable and scalable programs by leveraging existing resources and partnerships.
• Understand community needs and co-develop practical solutions with partners.
• Manage programmes from idea to implementation and review, including budgets and stakeholders.
• Foster partnerships with schools, community groups and agencies to create opportunities.
• Engage and grow community involvement around learning and development.
• Support cross-team CDC initiatives and other duties as required.
