Job summary

The National Youth Council in Singapore invites you to join the Partnership Lab, a strategic engine for 4P collaboration across government, corporate, nonprofit and philanthropic sectors. You will help design youth programmes, manage grants, and build data systems to improve partnerships.

You will develop and manage partnerships, track programme performance with dashboards, and ensure compliant end-to-end grant procurement.

Qualifications

Strong communication and writing skills to engage youths and partners.
Organised and detail-oriented, thriving in fast-moving environments.
Strong analytical skills, including data management and interpretation.
Experience or interest in working with youth groups or community organisations.
Knowledge of AI, technology skills development, or grant lifecycle management and compliance.
Willingness to commit to occasional weekend work when required for programmes.
Up to 3 years of working experience is welcome.

Responsibilities

Partnership Development: Build and manage partnerships across sectors to create meaningful opportunities for youths.
Programme Design: Co-design and manage youth programmes with partners and track performance with data dashboards.
Grants and Procurement Management: Manage the full grant lifecycle and end-to-end procurement per government guidelines.
