Job summary

SPH Media Limited seeks a skilled Multimedia Editor cum Videographer to lead editing for our Young Audience platforms, HeyKaki and ZBSchools. You will craft compelling video/audio content, create motion graphics, and collaborate with reporters to develop concepts.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent, 2–3 years in video production, and strong Chinese language abilities for this Chinese publication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in art/design or video production.
• Proficiency in video editing with 2–3 years of experience.
• Experience in videography is an advantage.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro and After Effects).
• Strong visual storytelling with creativity; humour is a plus.
• Strong Chinese language ability to read Chinese content.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble high‑quality video/audio materials with strong storytelling.
• Create motion graphics for web and mobile video content.
• Collaborate with producers/reporters to generate concepts.
• Contribute to ideation, storyboarding, filming, and post‑editing.
• Assess locations and set up camera, lighting, and equipment.
• Independently set up and dismantle cameras, audio, lighting and props.
• Manage video assets including archiving.
