Job summary

HOT CRUSH is expanding to Singapore and seeking an Operations Manager to lead the outlet opening and drive overall business performance. You will oversee recruitment, training, and readiness, while coordinating store and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires at least 3 years in chain F&B or bakery ops, a Polytechnic Diploma, and fluency in English and Mandarin for staff and guest interactions. The position is on-site in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Experience: at least 3 years in chain F&B or bakery operations with large-outlet leadership.
• Education: Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent.
• Language: able to use English and Mandarin for work and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate opening, recruitment, training and operations readiness.
• Manage sales, labour, cost, wastage and business targets.
• Lead store and kitchen managers, coordinating front and back of house.
• Set rostering, service, inventory and cash control routines.
• Handle major customer issues, personnel, equipment and business problems.

岗位 / Position: 营运经理 / Operations Manager

负责首店筹备和整体经营结果。 / Lead the outlet opening and overall business performance.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 统筹开业、招聘、培训和营运准备 / Lead opening, recruitment, training and operating readiness
• 管理销售、人工、成本、损耗和经营目标 / Manage sales, labour, cost, wastage and operating targets
• 带领店长和后厨主管，协调前厅与生产 / Lead store and production managers and coordinate front and back of house
• 建立排班、服务、库存和现金管理流程 / Set routines for rostering, service, inventory and cash control
• 处理重大客诉、人员、设备和经营问题 / Handle major customer, people, equipment and business issues

任职要求 / Requirements

• 工作经验 / Experience: 至少3年连锁餐饮或烘焙营运经验，并有大型门店管理经验。 / At least 3 years in chain F&B or bakery operations, including large-outlet leadership.
• 学历 / Education: Polytechnic Diploma / 理工学院文凭
• 语言 / Language: 中英文均能用于工作沟通及顾客服务。 / Able to use both English and Mandarin for workplace communication and customer service.
• 其他要求 / Other Requirements: 能配合开业阶段和轮班安排。 / Able to support the opening period and rostered shifts.
