Job summary

HOT CRUSH is expanding its Singapore footprint and seeks an Operations Manager to lead the opening of the flagship store and drive overall business performance.

You will oversee recruitment, training and readiness, and manage sales, labour, cost, wastage and targets. You will guide store and kitchen leaders to ensure smooth front- and back-of-house coordination and robust rostering and cash control.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 3 years in chain F&B or bakery operations, including large-outlet leadership.
• Education: Polytechnic Diploma.
• Language: Able to use both English and Mandarin for workplace communication and customer service.
• Other requirements: Able to support the opening period and rostered shifts.
• Key Skills: Store operations, opening, P&L, rostering, cost control, leadership.

Responsibilities

职位简介 / Role Summary

岗位 / Position: 营运经理 / Operations Manager 负责首店筹备和整体经营结果。 / Lead the outlet opening and overall business performance.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 统筹开业、招聘、培训和营运准备 / Lead opening, recruitment, training and operating readiness
• 管理销售、人工、成本、损耗和经营目标 / Manage sales, labour, cost, wastage and operating targets
• 带领店长和后厨主管，协调前厅与生产 / Lead store and production managers and coordinate front and back of house
• 建立排班、服务、库存和现金管理流程 / Set routines for rostering, service, inventory and cash control
• 处理重大客诉、人员、设备和经营问题 / Handle major customer, people, equipment and business issues

任职要求 / Requirements

• 工作经验 / Experience: 至少3年连锁餐饮或烘焙营运经验，并有大型门店管理经验。 / At least 3 years in chain F&B or bakery operations, including large-outlet leadership.
• 学历 / Education: Polytechnic Diploma / 理工学院文凭
