HOT CRUSH F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Manager to lead the new Singapore outlet’s front-of-house operations, drive sales and ensure outstanding customer service.

You will oversee daily opening, trading and closing activities while coordinating rosters, staff training and process improvements. The role requires 3+ years in F&B or retail management, a Polytechnic Diploma, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of F&B, bakery or retail store-management experience.
• Polytechnic Diploma required.
• Able to use English and Mandarin for workplace communication and customer service.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily opening, trading and closing.
• Plan front-of-house rosters, station rotation and training.
• Follow up sales, customer issues, cash and inventory.
• Check service, display, hygiene and food safety.
• Report issues and results to the Operations Manager.

职位简介 / Role Summary

岗位 / Position: 店长 / Store Manager

负责门店前厅营运、销售、服务和人员安排。 / Manage front-of-house operations, sales, service and staffing.

主要职责 / Key Responsibilities

• 管理每日开店、营业和闭店 / Manage daily opening, trading and closing


• 安排前厅排班、工位轮换和培训 / Plan front-of-house rosters, station rotation and training


• 跟进销售、客诉、现金和库存 / Follow up sales, customer issues, cash and inventory


• 检查服务、陈列、卫生和食品安全 / Check service, display, hygiene and food safety


• 向营运经理汇报问题和结果 / Report issues and results to the Operations Manager

任职要求 / Requirements

• 工作经验 / Experience: 至少3年餐饮、烘焙或零售门店管理经验。 / At least 3 years of F&B, bakery or retail store-management experience.


• 学历 / Education: Polytechnic Diploma / 理工学院文凭


• 语言 / Language: 中英文均能用于工作沟通及顾客服务。 / Able to use both English and Mandarin for workplace communication and customer service.


• 其他要求 / Other Requirements: 能轮班，并在周末和公共假日工作。 / Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
