Job summary

A leading bank in Singapore is looking for a Tester to join a trade digitalisation programme. You’ll design and run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support new systems from testing through go-live, collaborating with Product, Operations and Technology teams.

This role suits early-career testers seeking real project exposure in banking tech, with a pathway to renewal or conversion and a potential to leverage GenAI experiences to enhance testing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year tester experience in banking.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is beneficial.
• GenAI experience will add advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand requirements and design test cases; participate in stakeholder reviews.
• Conduct reviews with Product GTS, BAU and Technology teams for test assets.
• Prepare test plans and test cases; create roll-out training materials.
• Execute UAT, analyze issues, and report UAT status to stakeholders.
• Support pre- and post-implementation activities including live verification.
• GenAI experience will add advantage.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with Product, Operations and Technology teams to design and run User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and you’ll support new systems from testing through to go-live. This role is a good fit for early-career testers who want real project exposure in banking technology, with a pathway to renewal or conversion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand functional requirements, ability to articulate and design the test cases and participates in review sessions with key stakeholders
2. Conduct review/ walkthrough sessions with key stakeholders (e.g. Product GTS,
3. Operations BAU and Technology teams) for the following documents:
4. Test plan and test cases
5. Roll-out training material
6. Execute UAT cases, analyze issues encountered in UAT and provide UAT status reports to project stake holders
7. Participate in the pre-implementation preparation and post-implementation support exercises including end-user live verification during roll-out (when needed)
8. With GenAI experience will add advantage.
