Qualifications

• Well-organised with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with case management, licensing systems is a plus.

Job Highlights

Contract Duration: 12 Months
Salary: Up to $2,800/month
Location: Pasir Panjang Area, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 6:00pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
Qualification: Diploma in any discipline, preferably Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

About the Role

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive UAT Tester to support user acceptance testing activities, operational processes, and administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring system enhancements and fixes are thoroughly tested while supporting essential business and licensing operations.

This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong attention to detail, enjoy working with data, and can effectively manage multiple administrative and testing responsibilities in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Log defects and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements, solutions, and fixes
• Assist with testing activities and administrative tasks for ongoing operations
• Support operational processes such as exporting application forms, uploading documents into internal systems for processing and approval, and recording payment transactions accurately
• Perform data verification and validation activities to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Provide administrative support for licensing-related operations and business processes
• Assist with documentation, record keeping, and operational support activities
• Provide administrative support for matters related to Earthworks Requirements
• Coordinate and support process transition activities as manual workflows undergo automationMaintain accurate records and documentation for operational and testing activities
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect logging, quality assurance, or testing support will be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform data verification and administrative tasks accurately
• Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in administrative, operational support, or coordination roles will be an advantage
• Familiarity with case management, workflow, or licensing systems will be an added advantage
• Responsible, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality work
