Job summary

CTCI Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the design, coordination and commissioning of Wastewater Reclamation and Reuse (WWR) systems for semiconductor fab projects in Singapore.

You will ensure capacity, water quality, reliability and performance meet project and operations requirements. The role covers front-end design, process selection, vendor coordination, construction support and testing/commissioning across multiple interfaces with UPW, WWT, process, drainage,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in mechanical/chemical/environmental/civil/water resources engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in WWR, WWT, wastewater treatment or water reclamation, preferably in semiconductor FAB or high-tech facilities.
• Hands-on experience in WWR system engineering, site construction coordination, equipment installation and subcontractor supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret PFDs, P&IDs, engineering drawings, layouts and isometrics.
• Familiarity with wastewater treatment and water reclamation processes including UF, RO, membranes and filtration.
• Experience in vendor coordination, technical document review, RFI management and resolving site issues.
• Experience in system testing, commissioning and performance verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of Front-End FAB WWR systems including capacity, recovery, process, equipment and layout.
• Develop wastewater reclamation and reuse solutions based on wastewater characteristics and reclaimed water quality.
• Lead technical selection and integration of UF, RO, membranes and other reclamation systems.
• Prepare and review PFDs, P&IDs, layouts, data sheets and equipment specifications.
• Coordinate interfaces with UPW, WWT, Process, Drainage, Chemical, Facilities, Electrical and I&C teams.
• Support vendor data review, technical bid evaluations, clarifications and document reviews.
• Handle RFIs, design changes, equipment and piping installation, and site issues during construction.
• Lead or support testing, flushing, commissioning, performance verification and reclaimed water quality checks.
• Monitor progress and assist timely resolution of technical and interface issues.
• Coordinate with clients and design/construction teams and vendors throughout EPCK execution.

Job Summary

Responsible for the engineering, technical coordination, construction, testing and commissioning ofWastewater Reclamation and Reuse (WWR) systemsfor semiconductor FAB projects. Ensure system capacity, water quality, reliability and performance meet project and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. WWR System Design
   Lead the designof Front-EndFAB WWR systems, including treatment capacity, recovery rate, process, equipment, piping andlayout.
2. Water Reclamation Design
   Develop wastewater reclamationand reuse solutionsbased on processwastewater characteristicsand reclaimed waterquality requirements.
3. WWR Treatment Systems
   Lead the technicalselection and integrationof UF, RO, membrane, filtration andother water reclamationsystems.
4. Engineering Documentation
   Prepare and reviewPFDs, P&IDs, layouts, data sheets, equipment specifications, calculations and relateddesign documents.
5. Multidisciplinary InterfaceCoordination
   Coordinate WWR interfaceswith UPW, WWT, Process, Drainage, Chemical, Facilities, Electricaland I&Csystems.
6. Vendor & Technical DocumentCoordination
   Support technical specifications, Vendor Data Review, technical bid evaluations, clarifications and relateddocument reviews.
7. Construction & Site Support
   Handle RFIs, designchanges, equipment andpiping installation, andtechnical issues duringconstruction.
8. Testing & Commissioning
   Lead or supportWWR testing, flushing, commissioning, performancetesting and reclaimedwater quality verification.
9. Project Progress & TechnicalIssues
   Monitor engineering, procurement, construction and commissioningprogress, and supporttimely resolution oftechnical and interfaceissues.
10. Technical Coordination
    Coordinate with Clients, design and constructionteams, Vendors andrelevant disciplines throughoutEPCK execution.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil / Water Resources Engineering or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in WWR, WWT, wastewater treatment or water reclamation projects; semiconductor FAB or high-tech facility experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in WWR system engineering, site construction coordination, equipment installation and subcontractor supervision.
• Able to read and interpret PFDs, P&IDs, engineering drawings, layouts, isometrics and technical documents.
