Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of Frontend FAB wastewater systems.
• Manage capacity, effluent quality, reliability, and schedule to meet standards.
• Supervise on-site installation of piping and utilities, ensuring leak-tight and safety compliance.
• Interpret P&IDs, drawings, and documents to guide construction and commissioning.
• Coordinate sequencing and supervision of subcontractors and clean piping practices.
• Work independently on site while collaborating with teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Adapt to site-based and shift-based work environments as required.

Job Summary

Lead the technical and engineering management of Frontend FAB wastewater treatment systems, ensuring compliance with process, environmental, and project requirements through planning, design, procurement, construction, integration, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, procurement, construction, interface integration, and commissioning of Frontend FAB wastewater treatment systems to meet project goals
• Manage system capacity, effluent quality, reliability, and schedule to comply with process and environmental standards
• Supervise on-site installation of clean piping and utility systems to ensure leak-tight and safety-critical standards
• Interpret P&IDs, gas and utility system drawings, isometric drawings, and related technical documents to guide construction and commissioning
• Coordinate construction sequencing and site activities, including subcontractor supervision and clean piping practices
• Work independently on site while collaborating effectively with project teams, contractors, system vendors, and clients
• Adapt to site-based and shift-based work environments as required by project demands

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor facility design, construction, commissioning, or technical engineering with extensive wastewater treatment system experience
• Possession of qualifications and licenses compliant with applicable local regulations and authority requirements
