CTCI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

seeks an experienced Water System Specialist with proven Front-End Semiconductor FAB experience to lead planning, design, engineering integration and supervision of Ultrapure Water (UPW), wastewater, and water reclamation systems in Singapore. The role covers UPW system planning, wastewater treatment, and water reuse optimization, with coordination across Process, Facilities, EPC, vendors, and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree / relevant certification in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services or related discipline.
• Experience in front-end FAB facilities is essential.
• Knowledge of UPW, wastewater and water-reuse systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead UPW system planning, design, review and optimization to meet FAB water quality, capacity and reliability requirements.
• Lead wastewater segregation, collection, treatment and optimization for FAB operations and environmental requirements.
• Develop and optimize water reclamation and reuse solutions to improve water efficiency and sustainability.
• Review Water Balance, PFD/P&ID, system capacity, equipment sizing, piping, redundancy and key design criteria.
• Coordinate with Process, Facilities, EPC, vendors, Tool Install and Construction teams.
• Manage engineering changes, technical issues, project schedules and vendor coordination.
• Provide technical oversight during construction, testing, commissioning, qualification and FAB start-up.
• Ensure systems comply with project specifications and applicable Singapore regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Proven Front-End FAB / semiconductor manufacturing facility experience is essential.
• Strong experience in UPW, process wastewater and water reclamation/reuse systems.
• Experience in engineering design, PFD/P&ID, Water Balance, equipment sizing and technical drawing review.
• Experience in engineering integration, construction, commissioning and vendor management.
• Familiar with Singapore construction practices and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Diploma / Degree / relevant certification in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Services or related discipline.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with multi disciplinary teams.
