Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd seeks a licensed Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) to lead safety for projects anchored at Alexandra, Singapore, with travel to sites as required. You will develop and enforce WSH policies, perform risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and safety training, and ensure full MOM regulatory compliance across sites.

Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Registered and licensed WSHO with MOM, with valid practising certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years WSHO experience on transport, electricity and gas projects.
• Strong knowledge of WSH Act, Codes of Practice and Singapore Standards.
• Experience in risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Willingness to travel to project sites and work non-standard hours.
