Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a WSH Officer to support project sites in Singapore. You will execute duties under the WSH Act, assist in implementing the EHS management system, and ensure all site activities meet legal requirements.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in construction, WSQ WSH advanced certificate with refresher, and relevant certifications. You will perform daily inspections, hazard control, reporting, audits, and training.

Qualifications

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH with valid refresher certificate.
• WAH assessor certificate.
• Risk management course completed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
• Assist in implementing the EHS management system.
• Ensure site activities comply with legal requirements.
• Carry out daily WSH inspections on machinery and equipment.
• Identify WSH hazards and implement controls.
• Prepare monthly WSH reports and risk assessments.
• Ensure workers and subcontractors comply with EHS requirements.
• Maintain EHS records and checklists.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Investigate and report WSH incidents and near misses.
• Conduct WSH training.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.

• Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
• Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system
• Ensure all site activities are carried out in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant, and installation.
• Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
• Preparation of monthly WSH reports Risk Assessments, Safe Work Procedures and Permit to works submission in accordance with Main Contractor requirements.
• Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS Management System & applicable legal requirements.
• Maintain and monitor EHS records/ checklists.
• Participate and facilitate Internal/External audits.
• Investigate and report WSH all incidents & near misses.
• Conduct WSH and other related training.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager and Management.

Job Requirement

• WSQ advance certificate in WSH with valid Refresher certificate
• WAH assessor certificate.
• Risk management course.
• A team player with and ability to work independently.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction.
