Job summary

PVH is seeking a senior Group TWSH leader in Singapore to shape and implement the global safety strategy across the group. You will establish policies, drive governance, and oversee ISO 45001 systems with a focus on risk management and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor safety teams, lead investigations, and promote a proactive health and well-being culture while maintaining strong stakeholder relations and continuous improvement across all sites.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in safety, engineering or environmental management required.
• Extensive WSH leadership experience at group level (12–15 years).
• Professional certifications in WSH and ISO 45001 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Group TWSH strategy and roadmap.
• Establish Group-wide TWSH policies and standards.
• Advise Management on TWSH governance and compliance.
• Oversee Workplace Safety & Health Management Systems (ISO 45001).
• Ensure compliance with WSH legislation and regulations.
• Monitor Group safety performance and KPIs.
• Lead enterprise-wide safety risk management initiatives.
• Oversee risk assessments, SWPs, and permit-to-work systems.
• Review high-risk operations and critical safety controls.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Promote occupational health and employee well‑being programmes.
• Foster a strong safety culture through training and engagement.
• Manage regulatory audits, inspections, and stakeholder relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Group TWSH teams and safety capabilities.

• Minimum 5 years in safety leadership or group-level management role.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO).
• Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent qualification.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Fire Safety Manager, ECMO, ECO, or related certifications advantageous.
