Job summary

RRecruiter in Singapore is seeking a Safety Officer to ensure workplace activities comply with WSH regulations and company safety rules. You will conduct regular site inspections, prepare risk assessments and safe work procedures, and monitor WA H activities to ensure proper use of fall protection equipment.

You will coordinate safety matters with management, clients, project teams, and contractors, investigate incidents, and develop emergency response plans.

Qualifications

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety & Health (WSHC).
• Valid Work at Height (WAH) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant safety experience.
• Good knowledge of WSH regulations, risk assessments, and incident investigation.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all workplace activities comply with WSH regulations and company safety rules.

• Monitor Work at Height (WAH) activities and ensure workers follow safety procedures.

• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox meetings for workers.
• Investigate accidents and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare emergency response and rescue plans.
• Coordinate safety matters with management, clients, project teams, and contractors.
• Manage safety requirements across multiple work sites.
