Qualifications

• Advance certificate in WSH required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction industry experience
• Proactive with strong interpersonal and analytical abilities
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in HDB/Building & Commercial/Mix Development is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations comply with WSH and Environmental Control regulations and statutory requirements
• Follow up on safety inspection findings and assist in incident investigations
• Conduct daily safety checklists and weekly toolbox talks
• Coordinate with site personnel to improve safety standards and site cleanliness
• Ensure supervisors and workers follow approved safe work procedures
• Assist in organizing monthly Safety Committee meetings and safety reports
• Maintain safety records and conduct daily site safety inspections
• Supervise workers to ensure MOM regulations are followed
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
