Job summary

KTP CONSULTANTS PTE LTD is seeking a Workplace Safety and Health Officer to evaluate WSH compliance, conduct monthly audits, and review safety documentation on site. The role involves investigating incidents, liaising with stakeholders, and maintaining the project Health and Safety Register as needed.

The ideal candidate will have MOM WSHO registration, 5+ years of WSH experience in engineering or construction, and strong analytical and communication skills to operate independently in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Must have MOM registration as WSHO.
• Minimum 5 years of WSH experience in engineering or construction.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Excellent decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with local safety regulations and standards.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate WSH non-compliance, unsafe conditions and practices to identify gaps.
• Conduct monthly WSH site audits with project stakeholders.
• Review safety-related contractor submissions.
• Participate in WSH incident investigations and determine root causes.
