Job summary

LINKEDCORP HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. seeks a proactive WSH Officer to lead safety initiatives and ensure WSH compliance across construction projects.

You will implement the WSH Management System, conduct inspections, and drive risk control measures. Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, MOM-registered WSHO, ECO certification a plus, and at least 3 years in construction safety. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related discipline.
Registered WSH Officer with MOM is mandatory; ECO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain the WSH Management System, policies, procedures, and programmes.
Ensure compliance with the WSH Act, regulations, MOM requirements, and codes of practice.
Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and observations to identify hazards.
Develop and implement risk assessments, safe work procedures, and risk management plans.
Monitor high-risk activities and ensure control measures are in place.
Advise management and workers on safety requirements and risk controls.
Coordinate toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training.
Plan emergency drills and investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain WSH records and liaise with MOM and authorities.
