Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. seeks a dedicated WSH Officer to implement and maintain the company's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) management system in Singapore.

The role requires ensuring compliance with the WSH Act, conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and training programs, and coordinating with MOM and other authorities. The successful candidate will have a Diploma/ Degree in EHS, be a registered WSHO with MOM, and at least 3 years' relevant experience, with strong communication and

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related discipline.
• Registered WSHO with MOM is mandatory; ECO certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant WSH experience, preferably in construction.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation, regulations and best practices.
• Hands-on support at project sites while driving continuous EHS improvements.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the company's WSH Management System, policies, procedures and programmes.
• Ensure compliance with the WSH Act, Regulations, MOM requirements and Codes of Practice.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and workplace observations to identify hazards.
• Develop, review and implement Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP) and related plans.
• Monitor high-risk activities and ensure appropriate control measures.
• Advise management and workers on workplace safety requirements and risk control.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, training and inductions.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness exercises and drills.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain WSH records and reports; liaise with MOM and authorities.
• Monitor contractors for safety compliance on site.
• Prepare WSH reports and management updates.
