Job summary

is seeking a dedicated WSH Officer to implement and enforce safety measures at the job site, aligning with the Workplace Health and Safety Act. The role requires maintaining WSH records, conducting inspections, and leading incident investigations to prevent recurrences. Responsibilities include enforcing safety rules, ensuring ECM and environmental plans are in place, and driving continuous improvements on large-scale building or mixed development

Qualifications

• Registered WSH Officer with MOM is required.
• Occupational safety management experience is needed.
• Fire & safety management knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Implement appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.
• Enforce all safety requirements and company safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct regular site checks and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Conduct regular inspection to ensure ECM and environmental plan in place.
• Maintain and update all WSH records, certificates and reports in accordance with WSH legislation.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, or near misses to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain accurate records related to safety training, incidents, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Stay current on industry best practices and continuously seek opportunities to improve workplace safety.

Job Scope

Requirement

• Registered WSH Officer with MOM
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry
• Occupational Safety Management(including fire & safety management)
• Experience in Big-scale Building Project or Mixed Development Project will be advantageous.
