Job summary

RICH CONSTRUCTION COMPANY is seeking a Registered WSH Officer to implement and enforce safety measures on site in compliance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act. You will oversee site safety, maintain records, and drive corrective actions.

Applicants should have MOM registration, at least 3 years of construction experience, and expertise in occupational safety management (fire and safety). Experience on HDB BTO projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• Registered WSH Officer with MOM.
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry.
• Occupational Safety Management (including fire & safety management).
• Experience in HDB BTO projects will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement appropriate safety measurements in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act.
• Enforce all safety requirements and company safety rules and regulations.
• Conduct regular site checks and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Conduct regular inspection to ensure ECM and environmental plan in place.
• Maintain and update all WSH records, certificates and reports in accordance with WSH legislation.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, or near misses to determine the root causes and prevent future occurrences.
• Maintain accurate records related to safety training, incidents, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Stay current on industry best practices and continuously seek opportunities to improve workplace safety.
