Job summary

PROGRESSIVE BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Workplace Safety and Health Officer to lead WSH management systems and ensure regulatory compliance on construction projects in Singapore. You will oversee ISO 45001 certification and audits, conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations, and drive safety training initiatives across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Specialist Diploma in WSH required.
• MOM Registered Workplace Safety And Health Officer.
• 8–10 years' experience as WSH Officer in construction.
• Experience with HIP / HDB BTO projects.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8–10' experience as Workplace Safety and Health Officer in the construction industry.


• Experienced in HIP / HDB BTO projects.


• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude.


• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment.


• Must be responsible, organized and self-initiated.


• Respect for deadlines, sense of urgency.


• Strong experience in ISO standards (e.g. ISO 45001) and audit management.


• Proven leadership experience managing site safety teams.


• Excellent knowledge of local regulatory requirements.


• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
