Job summary

Y-5G BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Safety, Health and WSH Officer to monitor and enforce safety programs on site, conduct inductions, drills and routine checks, and report non-compliance incidents to the team.

You will support investigations and drive actions to mitigate risks in design and build projects. The role requires WSH Level B or equivalent, experience with ISO documentation and audits, and thorough knowledge of WSH requirements.

Qualifications

• WSH Level B (or equivalent) is required
• Experience with ISO documentation and audits
• Full knowledge of WSH requirements to enforce safety
• Experience in Design & Build projects, A&A work
• Singapore Class 3 driving license preferred

Responsibilities

• Collect data on WSH performance, conditions and practices
• Conduct safety inductions and orientations / emergency drills / routine checks on work activities
• Suggest actions to mitigate recurring incidents and accidents
• Identify non-compliance and unsafe conditions and practices
• Monitor effectiveness of improvement actions
• Participate in WSH compliance inspections
• Report non-compliance and unsafe conditions to team
• Respond promptly to incidents and accidents
• Support WSH investigations
• Assist implementation of actions to improve WSH performance and control risks
