• Promote a safety-conscious culture and ensure compliance with WSH regulations.
• Promote Safety Culture and encourage worker participation in WSH practices.
• Organize activities to raise WSH awareness among staff.
• Communicate WSH directives from management to workers clearly.
• Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA).
• Identify potential hazards in the workplace and address them.
• Evaluate tools, machinery, and processes for safety and compliance.
• Assess workplace risks and implement corrective actions.
• Implement safety measures and monitor effectiveness.
• Develop and execute WSH plans aligned with company goals.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Conduct safety inductions and orientations for new employees.
• Provide training on safety protocols and procedures.
• Ensure employees are aware of health hazards.
• Investigate and report workplace incidents and accidents.
