Job summary

NEXON Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated safety professional to coordinate and oversee workplace safety at our Singapore sites. You will implement safety plans, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with local regulations to protect staff.

Responsibilities include assisting the WSH Officer, preparing RA/SWP briefings, maintaining safety documentation, and recommending improvements to reduce incidents, all while reporting safety issues to the site team.

• Coordinate and oversee Company’s employee safety at work.
• Assist WSH Officer to ensure workplace is safe and free from risks.
• Prepare and check all risk assessments (RA) / safe work procedures (SWP) briefings.
• Ensure all site works are carried out safely and comply with local health and safety regulations.
• Create policies and standards to reduce job-related accidents and injuries.
• Report to the site team for all safety issues.
• Provide recommendations for improving safety in the workplace.
• Maintain documentation of the company’s safety procedures, accidents and related events.

Job description

1. Coordinate and be responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing Company's employee safety at work.
