Job summary

WPH DIGITAL PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Consultant to manage web-related projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery across teams including architects, developers and IT engineers. You will drive workshops, document client requirements, and refine reporting while maintaining strong client communication.

You will track KPIs, manage milestones, and proactively resolve roadblocks to meet business objectives, with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or CS or equivalent.
• Certifications in Project Management are advantageous.
• Experience managing web-related projects as a senior consultant.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high quality of services and deliverables.
• Interact with clients to confirm requirements.
• Prepare documentation for client acceptance.
• Develop and improve business processes from client.
• Track performance against business plans.
• Develop and refine reporting requirements.
• Gather, organize and analyze information on problems or needs.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, IT engineers to resolve issues.
• Responsible for monthly reporting and KPIs.
• Conduct User Requirement Workshops.
• Conduct User Training sessions.
• Manage and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Identify and remove roadblocks to meet milestones and objectives.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensuring a high level of quality in the services and deliverables provided by the company
• Interact with clients to understand and confirm requirements
• Prepare proper documentations for clients’ acceptance
• Responsible for the development and improvement of business processes from client
• Track performance against business plans
• Develop and refine reporting requirements
• Gather, Organize and Analyze information on problems or business requirements
• Work closely with various parties including solution architect, developers, IT engineers to resolve issues.
• Responsible for monthly reporting and KPIs
• Conduct User Requirement Workshops
• Conduct User Training sessions
• Manage and ensure timely delivery of projects
• Analyze, remove, and proactively prevent roadblocks across team to meet quality standards, project milestones, and business objectives

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Certifications in Project Management are advantageous.
• At least minimum 5-8 years of working experience for Senior Consultant in Project Managing Web-Related Projects.
• Working knowledge in MS Office, Project Management and Visio.
• Able to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
• Customer-oriented person with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
