Job summary

Internsg in Singapore is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to help with event preparation and keep our studio organised.

You will pack bottles, fragrances, equipment and materials before events, unpack after, label items and manage stock levels, with training provided. This is ad hoc, hourly work at our studio; there are no fixed weekly hours and schedules are set around upcoming bookings.

Qualifications

• Organised, punctual and careful with labeling and counting.
• Comfortable with hands-on, repetitive tasks and moving boxes of supplies.
• Able to follow checklists and work independently.
• Previous packing, inventory, retail or events experience is helpful but not essential. Training will be provided.

Work arrangement

An ad hoc, hourly-paid role based at our studio. Sessions are scheduled around upcoming events for preparation beforehand and unpacking afterwards.

There are no fixed weekly hours. We’re looking for someone who can return regularly as bookings arise, with schedules agreed in advance.
