Job summary

GATES PCM CONSTRUCTION LTD is seeking personnel to operate and monitor works trains during railway maintenance and construction. You will follow railway safety procedures, perform pre-operation checks, and coordinate with site teams to ensure safe, efficient work on site.

Training will be provided; previous railway or construction experience is a plus. Candidates should be physically fit and willing to work night shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Previous experience in railway, train operations, construction or a related environment will be an advantage.
• Physically fit and medically suitable for worksite activities.
• Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays when required.
