Job summary

L&K Engineering (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. Singapore Branch is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator to support the implementation and ongoing improvement of our Integrated Management System across project sites in Tampines and Woodlands.

The role requires travel between locations, with shift work and extended hours as needed. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in environmental control or EHS roles, with MOM and NEA certifications, and strong knowledge of ISO 14001/45001 and WSH Act.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• MOM-registered WSH Coordinator certification is mandatory.
• NEA-registered Environmental Control Officer certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation, review, and continuous improvement of the company’s Integrated Management System.
• Monitor and inspect work sites to ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and ISO standards.
• Conduct regular site safety audits, toolbox meetings, and promotional programs to foster a strong safety culture.
• Investigate all safety incidents, prepare reports, and propose corrective actions for management review.
• Ensure all safety-related certifications, permits, and documentation are up to date and maintained.
• Coordinate and participate in risk assessments and ensure bridging documentation meets project specifications.

Job description

• Location: Location: Tampines / Woodlands (This position will be based at the project site and will require travel between the two locations as needed.)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon to Fri: 8am to 5:30pm, Sat: 8am to 12:00pm)
• Willingness to commit to extended hours and Shift Work

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in an environmental control or environmental management role, preferably in thesemiconductorindustry
• Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• MOM-registered WSH Coordinator and NEA-registered Environmental Control Officer certifications are mandatory
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or high-tech facility environments (e.g., semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data centers)
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, WSH Act, and other applicable regulations
• Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
