Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a QA lead to drive testing across Enterprise Workflow Management and AI Talkbot projects in Singapore. You will define comprehensive test strategies, design scenarios, and validate complex workflow rules and integrations.

The role requires coordinating with Business, Product Owners, Development, and Infrastructure to ensure successful releases. Responsibilities include leading SIT/UAT/E2E testing, managing defects, and ensuring governance and compliance across AI testing

Qualifications

• Minimum proven experience in software testing and QA.
• Hands-on SIT, UAT and E2E testing with defect governance.
• Experience with test management tools (Jira/ALM/Zephyr).
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Knowledge of APIs, middleware, and integration testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead SIT, UAT, regression and end-to-end testing for EWF apps and AI Talkbot testing.
• Define test strategies, test cases, and validation scenarios from requirements.
• Validate workflows, approvals, SLAs, and business rules across systems.
• Perform integration testing across upstream/downstream banking apps.
• Drive defect triage, RCA, and production readiness activities.
• Collaborate with Business, PO, Dev, and Infra for releases.

Job Responsibilities

Enterprise Workflow Management (EWF)

• Lead SIT, UAT, Regression, and End-to-End testing for EWF applications.

• Review business requirements and define comprehensive test strategies, scenarios, and test cases.

• Validate workflow routing, approvals, escalations, notifications, SLAs, and business rules.

• Perform integration testing across upstream and downstream banking applications.

• Drive defect management, RCA, quality assurance, and production readiness activities.

• Collaborate with Business, Product Owners, Development, and Infrastructure teams to ensure successful releases.

AI Talkbot Testing

• Lead testing of AI Talkbot solutions covering conversational flows, customer journeys, and workflow orchestration.

• Validate Intent Recognition, NLU, LLM responses, ASR/STT, TTS, and dialogue management components.

• Verify chatbot-to-agent escalation, exception handling, authentication, and workflow integration scenarios.

• Validate transcripts, recordings, metadata, dashboards, and audit trails.

• Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and E2E testing.

• Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

• Define AI testing standards, quality gates, and release acceptance criteria.

• Support production deployment, defect triage, and continuous quality improvement.

Essential Requirements

• Relevant experience in software testing and quality assurance.

• Strong experience in Workflow Management / Case Management applications.

• Hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, E2E Testing, Defect Management, and Test Governance.

• Experience with Jira, ALM, Zephyr, or equivalent test management tools.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Knowledge of APIs, Middleware, and Integration Testing.
