Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking an HRIS Implementation Specialist to independently deliver HRIS module configurations, manage client interactions, and contribute to project delivery with growing functional expertise. You will gather requirements with client SMEs, design solutions, configure modules, and support data migration while engaging clients through demos and UAT.

The role also covers training end-users, preparing BRDs and project documentation, and addressing post-go-live issues within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• 2-4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.
• Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (required)

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs. Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements. Perform or support data migration activities as required
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review. Collect and process feedback to drive system changes
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules. Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs. Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback
