Job summary

The role involves collaborating with client stakeholders to assess requests and ensure well-tested production delivery. You will translate business requirements into functional designs, manage requests through full lifecycle, and perform unit testing, SIT, and UAT.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on Workday HCM experience.
• Strong Core HR knowledge and configuration skills.
• Experience in both implementation and support engagements.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze incoming business requests against current Workday HCM configuration.
• Translate business requirements into functional design specifications and configuration changes.
• Manage requests through the full lifecycle - intake, impact assessment, prioritization, build, testing, and deployment.
• Conduct unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for configuration changes.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
• Engage with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage expectations on timelines and impact.
• Track and report on request status and resolution progress.
