Job summary

STRADA SINGAPORE PAYROLL PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Workday Extend Consultant to design, develop, and deploy custom applications on the Workday Extend platform.

The role collaborates with clients to extend Workday capabilities and deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. The candidate will design, develop, and deploy Extend solutions, gather requirements, configure workflows and security, and integrate with Workday processes.

Qualifications

• Workday Extend Certification preferred.
• Experience developing applications using Workday Extend.
• Knowledge of Workday architecture, business processes, security, and integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical consulting skills.
• Experience working on Workday implementation or AMS projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy custom applications on Workday Extend.
• Gather business requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Configure UI, workflows, validations, and business logic in Extend.
• Integrate Extend apps with Workday processes and data.
• Conduct design reviews, testing and deployment activities.

• Prepare technical docs and transfer knowledge to support teams.

• Conduct technical design reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement system enhancements.
• Collaborate with Workday Functional, Integration, and Security consultants.
• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.
