Job summary

TROYTECH INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to assess business requests, translate them into functional design, and implement configuration changes across Workday HCM modules. You will manage CR lifecycles end-to-end and prepare documentation and test scripts for delivery.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Workday HCM configuration with Core HR experience, strong stakeholder management, and familiarity with business process configuration and security

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday HCM configuration, Core HR minimum.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional design specifications and configuration changes.
• Experience managing CR lifecycle end-to-end: intake, impact assessment, build, SIT, UAT, deployment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze HCM business requests against current Workday configuration.
• Translate business requirements into functional design specifications and configuration changes.
• Manage CRs through full lifecycle — intake, impact assessment, prioritization, build, SIT, UAT, and deployment.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
• Engage with business stakeholders to clarify requirements and manage timelines.
• Track and report on CR status and resolution progress.
