The role involves gathering requirements, designing configurations with best practices, conducting demos and UAT, and providing post-go-live support with attention to client satisfaction. You will engage with client SMEs, document functional specs, advise on system design options, and deliver clear BRDs and training

Qualifications

• Documents clear business needs during workshops with moderate guidance.
• Configuring and troubleshooting HRIS modules with growing confidence.
• Leads client workshops and validates solutions with stakeholders.
• Delivers BRDs, training materials, and project documentation.
• Ensures post-go-live support within SLAs and minor enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs.
• Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements; support data migration activities.
• Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs; collect feedback for system changes.
• Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training; prepare BRDs and training materials.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve issues within SLAs; implement minor enhancements based on feedback.
