DINGYE EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD.

is seeking an Employment Agent to manage end-to-end recruitment and placement for clients, advise on employment documents, and coordinate Work Permit processes in Singapore. You will conduct consultations with employers, match candidates to roles, liaise with overseas partners, maintain CRM records, and ensure MOM regulations are followed, delivering a professional and compliant service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of recruitment or related experience preferred.
• Training will be provided for candidates without direct experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations with employers to understand hiring requirements.
• Recommend suitable domestic helpers and foreign workers based on clients' needs.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and placement arrangements.
• Prepare and process employment documentation, including Work Permit applications, renewals, transfers, and cancellations.
• Liaise with overseas recruitment partners and local stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employer records using CRM and recruitment systems.
• Follow up after placement to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with MOM regulations and company policies.
