Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Quantity Surveyor to develop precise cost estimates, prepare tender documentation, and coordinate pricing with internal teams and suppliers.

You will review variations, assess value engineering, monitor cost performance, and address commercial risks to ensure submissions meet standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
• Good Pay + Good allowance + Good Bonus.
