Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction costs, contracts, measurement and cost control.
• Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail oriented, organised and able to work independently.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans.

• Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Assist with contract administration, procurement, and cost control.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial and contractual matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate records of project costs and contracts.
