Job summary

RECRUITFLASH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a lead Quantity Surveyor to head a team in managing procurement and contract administration, ensuring accurate cost estimates for tenders and robust budget control.

You will review contract documents, monitor cash flow, handle progress claims and variations, and resolve disputes while protecting project value and timeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration and/or management.
