Job summary

The Football Association of Singapore is seeking a proactive Team Manager to provide administrative and organisational support for the National Team Women programmes. You will work closely with the Head of NTW and Head Coach to ensure efficient operations across training, travel, and events.

Responsibilities include coordinating calendars with FIFA/AFC/AFF, handling travel logistics, maintaining player records, and supporting welfare and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, PE, Sports Science, Business Admin, or related discipline.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and overseas as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organisational support to the National Team Women programmes.
• Coordinate annual training and competition calendars with FIFA, AFC, AFF schedules.
• Arrange domestic and international travel (flights, accommodation, visas, insurance).
• Manage player and staff records, including passports and travel docs.
• Attend trainings, matches, camps, and events; coordinate facilities and equipment.
• Support welfare matters such as insurance, allowances, and medical arrangements.
• Register and accredit players/officials for competitions.
• Assist in preparing reports for meetings and governance bodies.
• Undertake other duties as directed by FAS leadership.
