Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Singapore seeks a Super User to drive WMS strategy across the country, delivering scalable, cost-effective solutions for new implementations, migrations, and continuous improvement. You will translate business requirements into effective WMS configurations and support from RFQ through post go-live.

Qualifications

• Proven operational experience in logistics with WMS.
• Experience managing warehouse operations at contract level.
• Able to coordinate Go-Live activities within a project team.
• Strong knowledge of WMS used within CEVA Logistics.
• Understanding of EDI and its meaning.
• Clear knowledge of CEVA ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert understanding of WMS capabilities to advise on products.
• Support tenders and implementations with demos/workshops for potential customers.
• Engage with WMS communities and site teams to gather feedback and drive enhancements.
• Assist with WMS setup (clustering, putaway rules, pack configuration, routing).
• Lead targeted improvement projects with stakeholders and operational teams.
• Guide sites on WMS deployment, analyze issues, and initiate enhancements as needed.
• Coordinate and supervise tests and liaise with CEVA Global IT on WMS matters.
• Coach colleagues on WMS topics to align cost models with functionality.
