Job summary

Jobtailor in Singapore seeks an experienced WMS and integration engineer to support implementations, migrations, and upgrades in line with enterprise standards. You will translate business processes into WMS functionalities and own design specifications.

You will configure WMS applications, manage change requests, collaborate with Client IT, define EDI/API requirements, and support SIT, UAT, cutover, go‑live and hyper‑care. Strong English and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in logistics IT and integration engineering.
• Experience with WMS systems and enterprise standards.
• Experience in cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support WMS implementations, migrations, and upgrades in line with enterprise standards.
• Participate in requirements workshop and translate the business processes into WMS functionalities.
• Own application design specifications and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Configure WMS applications and manage change requests based on operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Client IT teams to define and validate EDI/API messaging requirements.
• Support the full project lifecycle: SIT, UAT, cutover, go‑live, and hyper‑care.
• Ensure data mapping, integration, and reporting meet quality and scalability standards.
• Oversee end‑to‑end testing, defect resolution, and scope control.
• Coordinate handover to IT service management for long‑term support.
• Apply DSV project implementation methodologies for consistent application and integration design delivery.
• Promote best practices in WMS configuration, integration, and documentation.
