Job summary

GD Precision Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a skilled CNC EDM operator to join our precision tooling team. You will operate EDM machines, interpret drawings, and ensure tight tolerances.

The position requires experience with EDM spark, measurement tools, and maintaining equipment. Candidate should read and write simple English and be willing to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Operate CNC EDM machines and ensure high accuracy.
• Knowledge of EDM spark and its applications.
• Read and interpret drawings in English.
• Maintain and calibrate measuring tools.
• Control tolerances to ±0.005 mm.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.
• Minimum 1 year experience in precision CNC EDM / wire-cut.
• Write and read simple English.

• - Able operate CNC EDM machine
• - Knowledge of EDM spark
• - Understandingof drawing
• - Must know how to use: Micrometer, Vernier caliper, toolmaker scope, profile projector,digital dial indicator,etc
• - Able to control the tolerance in+-0.005mm
• - Able to work rotating shift
• -At least 1 year experience in Precision CNC EDM/ Wirecut.
• -Able to operate machines to achieve high accuracy and fine finishing.
• -Write and Read Simple English
• -Able to maintain equipment and machines

Requirements

• -NTC/NITEC Related technical skills certification
• -Experience in Precision Engineering / Tool Making
• -Possess basic proficiency in English to operate EDM machines programmed in English
