Job summary

HOCK TONG BEE (PRIVATE) LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to promote our full wine and spirits range to customers, coordinate sales activities, and support ongoing customer relationships.

You will arrange wine tastings, conduct talks, visit trade and private customers, up-sell products, manage leads and order follow-ups, and contribute to a polished, team‑oriented sales effort.

Qualifications

• Wine and spirits knowledge or interest is preferred.
• Customer service oriented with strong communication.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team player with ability to work with colleagues.
• Prior sales or wine knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Canvas and promote the company’s full range of products to customers.
• Coordinate all sales-related activities with customers internally and externally.
• Arrange, conduct and facilitate wine tastings, talks and principal visits.
• Upsell and cross-sell products.
• Answer customer requests with professional knowledge.
• Follow up with leads and client orders.
• Manage Private Customers.
• Close deals and ensure the collection of receivables.
• Trade customers management and outlet visits.
