Job summary

Singapore Sailing Federation is seeking a Board Pathways Coach to work with the ActiveSailing Manager and Technical Development Manager in Singapore. You will develop, implement and review training plans for windsurfing and wingfoiling programmes in alignment with the Athlete Development Framework.

You will support athlete development pathways for windsurfing and wingfoiling and assist in selection for junior and youth windsurfers and wingfoilers in collaboration with SingaporeSailing, SpexSG

Responsibilities

• Be an active coach working alongside SingaporeSailing's coaching staff.
• Coach windsurfing and wingfoiling programmes run by SingaporeSailing.
• Develop, implement, review and enhance training plans for windsurfing and wingfoiling programmes in alignment with the Athlete Development Framework (FDES framework) set by SingaporeSailing.
• Support athlete development pathways for windsurfing and wingfoiling aligned to the FDES framework.
• Support Performance Pathways coaches in athlete development and selection for junior and youth windsurfers and wingfoilers in collaboration with SingaporeSailing, SpexSG, and relevant stakeholders.
• Assist with the administration of selection policies, training attendance, and other administrative matters related to windsurfing and wingfoiling programmes.
• Support the organisation and conduct of the regattas.
• Perform any other duties as requested by the supervisors.
