Job summary

Exasoft Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Windows System Administrator to manage Windows Server environments and VMware ESXi platforms.

You will patch OS and virtualization layers, assess vulnerabilities, and implement deployment plans aligned with security and operations. Strong AD administration and patch automation skills are required. Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in Windows System Administration.
• Hands-on with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 and VMware ESXi.
• Strong experience in OS and ESXi patching, vulnerability management, and patch assessment.
• Experience with patch management tools such as BigFix, SCCM, or equivalent tools.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, domain and forest management.
• Experience deploying and managing virtual machines using VMware and Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of pre-patching and post-patching validation and automation.
• Experience working in an SLA-driven environment, with weekend and on-call support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Troubleshoot Windows OS, VMware, and virtualization-related issues.
• Support server hardware maintenance, firmware and BIOS upgrades, and basic RAID and clustering operations.
• Monitor system logs, server health, and patch compliance.
• Follow change management procedures and support SLA-driven operations, including weekend shifts and on-call support.
