Job summary

WIPRO LIMITED (SINGAPORE BRANCH) seeks a seasoned Windows environment specialist with 8–10 years of experience in financial institutions. You will drive virtualization, clustering, and AD operations while leveraging VMware tools and HPE hardware to ensure high availability.

Proficiency in Python and PowerShell, plus workflow automation, is essential. Strong communication and teamwork are required to thrive under pressure and deliver reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in managing Windows environment.
• Bachelor's or engineering graduate required.
• Subject matter expert on Windows OS, Hyper-V and Failover Clustering.
• VMware knowledge (vSphere, vCenter, VROPS, VRLI) is an advantage.
• Hands-on with HPE hardware (DL, Synergy, Simplivity, Aletra series).
• Proficient in Python, PowerShell and workflow tools.
• Experience with patching tools and Active Directory.
• Ability to solve complex problems spanning multiple technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows environment and related technologies in a financial institute context.
• Provide SME guidance on virtualization stack including Hyper-V and clustering.
• Leverage VMware, HPE hardware and automation tools to maintain uptime.
• Develop and run scripts (Python/PowerShell) for automation tasks.
• Coordinate patching, AD changes, and incident response under pressure.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve cross-technology issues.

• Must be a bachelor's/engineering graduate.
• Subject matter expert on core technologies -Windows OS, Hyper-V and Failover Clustering.
• Knowledge of VMware technologies (vSphere,vCenter, VROPS, VRLI) will be an advantage.
• In-depth hands-on knowledge/experience with HPEhardware (DL, Synergy, Simplivity, Aletra series).
• In-depth hands-on knowledge/experience withPython, PowerShell and Workflow integration tools.
• Knowledge and/or hands on working experience withpatching tools and Active Directory.
• Ability to solve complex problems spanning multiple technologies and disciplines.Windows 2022/ 2019/2016/2012, Hyper-V (Preferred),Microsoft/ Active directory,Data Center Virtualization (e.g. HPE Synergy, Cisco UCS, Dell Vxrail, etc.)
