Job summary

Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a Maintenance/System Engineer to perform hands-on maintenance of end devices and central equipment in Singapore. The role requires on-site presence with 24 x 7 standby support and a 2-hour on-site/resolution SLA.

Qualifications

ITE/Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related fields.
At least 2 years’ experience in system maintenance or related technical roles.
Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux systems.
Strong end-to-end understanding of the software lifecycle.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of end devices and central equipment.
Troubleshoot and replace faulty components to ensure system uptime.
Attend to client service requests and ensure timely responses.
Provide on-site support when systems are unavailable to maintain daily operations.
Prepare quotations for ad-hoc service requests and variations.
