RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Windows Infrastructure Engineer in Singapore to design, implement, and manage Windows infrastructure ensuring availability, security, and capacity.

You will translate business needs into practical solutions and maintain VMs and supporting services. The role emphasizes automation and AI-assisted scripting to streamline operations, reduce manual work, and improve reliability.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory engineering.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience applying AI tools to infrastructure operations.
• Familiar with AIOps or infrastructure automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage Windows infrastructure to meet availability, continuity, security and capacity requirements.
• Translate requirements into Windows infrastructure solutions.
• Provision, configure and maintain Windows VMs and services.
• Support infrastructure reviews, planning and readiness.
• Perform capacity planning and troubleshooting.
• Serve as the Windows infrastructure technical contact for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with application teams and providers to resolve issues.
